1. ACCEPTANCE
By using beePDF.tools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. THE SERVICE
beePDF.tools is a PDF app provided by EoinMcGrath Ltd, based in Bulgaria. We provide it "as is" and may update or discontinue it at any time.
3. PREMIUM LICENSE
Premium access is a one-time purchase processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's terms: paddle.com/legal
Your license:
- Is for personal use only
- May be activated on up to 5 devices
- Is non-transferable
- Is perpetual (no recurring charge)
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Share, resell or distribute your license key
- Attempt to circumvent the licensing system
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, code and design in beePDF.tools remains our property. Your license grants you use, not ownership.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Interruption of service
- Any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts, except where EU consumer law provides otherwise.
8. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
As an EU-based provider, we comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. For digital goods, your right of withdrawal may not apply once the license is activated — by activating your license you acknowledge this.
9. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date above.
